Yes. You can switch plans from your account settings anytime. Upgrades take effect right away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You only get charged once the trial ends and you choose to continue.
One automation is one DM sent in response to a trigger (comment, story mention, live keyword, or DM keyword). If a user comments and receives a DM, that counts as one automation.
Your existing automations keep running, but new triggers will not fire until the next billing cycle resets your quota. Upgrade anytime to remove limits.
Refund requests are reviewed according to our refund policy. If there is duplicate billing, a clear technical failure caused by ReplyKo, or another exceptional circumstance, contact support and we will review it quickly.
